Orchestrated the full migration of Rosbank's development infrastructure, processes, and teams to T-Bank’s platform. Championed DevOps adoption across the bank's Agile teams, driving cultural and technical transformation. Founded and scaled DevOps Guilds and DevOps Community of practice (200+ engineers). Designed and implemented a team maturity assessment framework to measure DevOps progress. Created "DevOps MVP" methodology for incremental practice adoption in Agile teams. Administered and maintained corporate IT infrastructure of QA Unit. Provided technical support to users for QA Tools, exept HP ALM, HP LoadRunner, ConnectALL.
